The Israeli Religious Court in Baghdad has previously issued a ruling for the named Maryam daughter of
Ibrahim against the defendant Pinhas Nahum, nicknamed Peru Naamo, according to the decree numbered
691 / 1760 dated August 21, 941, and it was served at the time to the defendant according to due process and given to
the plaintiff to deposit it with the competent execution department for enforcement.
The plaintiff Maryam has recently approached the religious court claiming that the copy of the decree with
the notification was lost in the competent execution department and requested a second copy of the decree
along with re-notifying the defendant with a copy of it. Therefore, we attach herewith a copy of the decree with the notification paper
to kindly notify the aforementioned Pinhas Nahum, known as Peru Naamo, the policeman at Faydeh station
near Dohuk, with the request to return the notification paper signed by him and certified.

Meir Elias Hospital: A charitable hospital containing departments for internal medicine, surgery, maternity, and pediatrics. It includes an institute for analysis and Roentgen rays (X-rays) and admits male, female, and child patients. In the hospital, there is a professor of internal diseases and his assistant, an operating doctor, a female specialist in gynecology and pediatrics, and a specialist doctor in analysis and radiology.
Reemah Khedhouri Eye Hospital: A charitable hospital for the poor. Visits by women and men to it during one year (35/936) reached (225,035) visits, at an average of 750 and 800 visits daily. 180 major surgeries and 594 minor surgeries were performed during the mentioned year. It has a specialist ophthalmologist and as many nurses as required.
Dar Al-Shifa Pharmacy: A pharmacy joined by a doctor and a dresser to treat patients for free, and it dispenses prescriptions to them for free. It issued 44,462 prescriptions during one year, and the doctor performed 160 free visits to the homes of the patients themselves during the mentioned year.
School Clinics: A clinic has been established in every school containing the necessary medicines to treat school students under the supervision of a specialized nurse. The students' eyes are examined periodically by the specialist doctor from Reemah Khedhouri Hospital.
Nursing Mothers Relief Society: A charitable society managed by a selection of virtuous women, its goal is to assist poor mothers and their children. It has a maternity building in Meir Elias Hospital where poor mothers are admitted and provided with the necessary aid by the society. The building was constructed at the expense of the society from donations.
