Reference to your letter numbered 7315 and dated 7 April 943.
Upon checking the records and the file of the house located in Faraj Allah neighborhood numbered 105 / 164, it appeared that half
of this house belonging to Aziza daughter of Yusuf was mortgaged to Lulu daughter of Shlomo Zilkha for seventy-five
dinars for a period of one year with an annual profit of six percent, dated 28 November 935, and that the creditor has transferred
this debt with all its legal privilege to Karejiya daughter of Ibrahim on 21 November 938, also -
the aforementioned Karejiya has transferred this debt to Dawud Ibrahim Yaqub Elias on 24 / 1 / 943, and the -
debt remains. Noting that the half of the aforementioned Aziza is also mortgaged in the second degree to Habiba daughter of Yehuda -
for twenty-two dinars and five hundred fils for a period of one year with an annual profit of seven percent, dated 11 / 11 /
942. Two hundred fils inspection fee was collected and recorded as revenue on 11 / 4 / 943 under number 503 from the
Journal.
