During my school visits, I noticed that some of them intentionally fail some students in Arithmetic lessons
for example, when they see that a student has failed in the Arabic language lesson, he then becomes a failure. Therefore, please circulate to
all schools the necessity of following a unified system so as not to fail those who do not deserve failure, and to maintain the possibility of the student
remaining as an 'incomplete' student, similar to the rest of the classes, as quickly as possible, and informing me.

To the Directorate of Education and Instruction for the Baghdad Governorate / Rusafa
Greetings.
In view of the resignation of Mr. Isaac Cohen from the management of the Frank Iny School. And due to the reduction in the number of classes in this school, such that the school is currently limited to intermediate classes only.
Furthermore, due to the reduction in the number of students in the intermediate classes as well, such that the total of these students has become less than ninety students at the present time, distributed across only three sections.
Additionally, the students of the Shamash Preparatory School, who number fewer than fifty students, attend classes in the same building as the students of the Frank Iny School.
Therefore, please approve the appointment of the Principal of Shamash Preparatory School, Ms. Samha Naseem, to also manage the Frank Iny Intermediate School, especially since the total number of students in both schools is currently less than (140) one hundred and forty students attending in one building as mentioned above.
We hope that the reasons we have outlined above are sufficient for your approval in this regard, with thanks and appreciation.

Subject / Home Economics Syllabus
Home economics aims to prepare a general social and cultural background for girls. In developed countries,
it takes a leading position in general sciences due to its great relationship to the life of the individual and society. Home economics
occupies this status as a study subject because of its major importance in family life and the development of societies.
In view of this importance, the Ministry of Education has decided to reconsider the syllabus of this subject
for the secondary stage, so a ministerial committee was formed for the aforementioned purpose and developed the latest curricula in the mentioned subject.
We attach herewith one copy of the Home Economics syllabus for secondary education and please notify the administrations of
official and private secondary schools affiliated to you to act accordingly starting from the beginning of the academic year 1971 / 1972 -
and inform us.
