Approval to add three marks to the final grade of the final exam in the following cases
in Teachers' Institutes, educational courses, and secondary schools.
A - In one subject only for the purpose of promoting the student from a failing status to a re-sit status or from a re-sit status
to passing in the first session.
B - In the total for the purpose of promoting the student from a re-sit status to passing or from a failing status to
re-sit in the first session.
C - In the case of moving the student from failing to passing in the re-sit exams only (second session).
