To the honorable Ibrahim Ezra Rahim, guardian of the student Maurice from the fifth grade
Please be informed that based on your son's absences from school, the total number of points
deducted from his attendance marks up to the date 12 / 2 / 61 has reached (10) points, and the school administration
wishes to inform you that Article (57) of the School Regulations No. (31) of 1952 regarding absences from
school states the following:
"The full attendance mark is considered one hundred at the beginning of each school year, and two marks are deducted from
the attendance marks for every day the student is absent without a legitimate excuse. The student is considered to have failed his grade if
51 marks or more are deducted from the attendance marks. The student's guardian is notified of the deducted marks when they reach 15,
25, 35, and 45, and they are announced on the notice board. If the student is absent for twenty consecutive days without an acceptable reason,
a warning is written to his guardian that if the student does not return to school within five days from the date of the warning
and attend regularly, he will be dismissed from school for that year."
Please take note of this and cooperate with the administration in monitoring your son and urging him not to interrupt
his attendance in the future.
