Reference to your letter numbered M / 10 / Sh / 2 / Q / 2841 / 13 / 3 dated 20 / 8 / 1961.
We confirm to you that the two documents numbered Sh / 617, Sh / 619 dated 23 / 7 / 1961 were issued by the administration
of this school and they belong to the same student. As for the reason for granting him two documents, each bearing a name different from the other, the
reason is that the student was carrying an old civil status book in which he was registered under the name (Ezra Eddy) Victor Elia Shaul, therefore he
was registered in our records with this same name appearing in his civil status book and in the non-revocation of citizenship identity card belonging to his father
and he continued to carry this name from the time of his registration in our school until his graduation from preparatory school. He had previously
been provided with school documents under this name. However, the mentioned student recently obtained a 1947 registration civil status book
under the name Eddy Victor Ezra Elia Shaul, therefore he submitted a request to this school asking to correct his name and make it match his civil
status book for the year 1947, and per the request of the First Karrada Al-Sharqiya Recruitment Committee No. 1151 on 10 / 8 / 1961 to delete
the first name (Ezra), we contacted the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate / Rusafa in our letter No. Sh / 61 / 66 on
10 / 8 / 1961 regarding the correction of the name, and it approved in its letter No. 33794 on 13 / 8 / 1961, a copy of which is attached
herewith, the correction. Therefore, the name was corrected in the documents numbered Sh / 589, Sh / 568, Sh / 617
dated 30 / 4 / 1961, 29 / 11 / 1960, 23 / 7 / 1961, and we were unable to correct the name in the document
numbered Sh / 619 dated 23 / 7 / 1961 because it was not with its owner at that time. Accordingly, the
correct name for the aforementioned person has become Eddy Victor Ezra Elia Shaul instead of (Ezra Eddy) Victor Elia Shaul, and
his name has been corrected in all our school records. Therefore, all documents that will be provided to the aforementioned person will bear
the <del>correct</del> corrected name mentioned.

directed. The said Ministry has issued instructions to the Iraqi
Cultural Attache, Iraqi Embassy, London, vide their letter No. 18752
dated 7th March 1961, to approach you on the subject and to arrange
for any admission in your College (Civil Engineering Course) for the
session commencing September 1961, after passing the Iraq State
Baccalaureate Examination for Secondary Education, Scientific Section -
