8. The Iraq State Baccalaureate Examination for Secondary Education,
Scientific Section, in June/and September 19 ranking among
candidates of Shamash Secondary School and among
candidates from all Schools in Baghdad/Iraq.
In addition to the above, Mr/Miss ⟦illegible⟧ sat/
or will be sitting in January 19 or in June 19 for the
London University G.C.E. Examinations in Physics, etc.
at the Ordinary level and in English Literature
at the Advanced level. The results of these
examinations are expected to be announced by the British
Council in Baghdad, sometime in the first half of next October
/April. The above candidate has high hopes of passing in all
of them.
Prior to his/her joining Frank Iny Intermediate/Primary
School in October 19 , Mr/Miss ⟦illegible⟧ did
six/seven years of Primary Schooling at the old-established
Alliance School in Baghdad which was united with Frank Iny
Primary School in October 1951, or Frank Iny Primary School,
or Menahem Daniel Primary School.
While in Frank Iny School and Shamash Secondary School,
both of which are under my administration, the above candidate
distinguished himself/herself as a brilliant student of very
good character, or was always diligent and of good character.
On more than one occasion during the different stages of his/

classmates as the exemplary student of his/her class. He/She
also won many or other School prizes in different years.

نؤيد ان الطالبة ايفيت منشي كاشي المثبت تصويرها اعلاه دخلت الصف الاول المتوسط من هذه
المدرسة في بداية السنة الدراسية ١٩٥٦/٥٥ بعد ان نجحت في الامتحان العام للدراسة
الابتدائية ( البكالوريا ) لسنة ١٩٥٥/٥٤ . وقد اشتركت في الامتحان النهائي للسنة الدراسية
١٩٥٧/٥٦ ونجحت فيه الى الصف الثاني المتوسط .
ان سلوك الطالبة المذكورة جيد ودوامها منتظم وقد اعطيت لها شهادة النقل هذه بناء على طلب

This is to certify that Yvette Menashi Kashi who attended this School for the last two years, sat successfully in June 1955, the Iraq State Baccalaureate Examination for Primary Education. This examination is equivalent roughly to the Common Entrance Examination of the English Secondary School.
During the past academic year, October 1956- June 1957, Yvette Kashi attended the First Intermediate year of this School (which is equivalent roughly to grade 8 of the American School) and was promoted to the 2nd Intermediate year. She left this School after attending the 2nd Intermediate year for a few days at the beginning of the present scholastic year.
To give an idea of her present academic standard, Yvette Kashi will have to do a minimum of three more years' work, before she can hope to sit successfully the London University G.C.E. Examinations at the ordinary level, and another extra year to reach the standard of the Iraq State Baccalaureate Examinations for Secondary Education.
While in my School Yvette Kashi's conduct was always very good. She is supplied with this certificate at her own request.
