There is correspondence from the 1930s-1940s between the Jewish Lay Council, Jewish Hospitals Committee and various school administrations. Other documents include court cases, requests for financial help, and deeds and property records owned by the Baghdadi Jewish community. There are also architectural drawing plans, contracts, and correspondence discussing price negotiations. This is followed by student files from the 1960s, containing individual student records, exam scores, student certifications, admissions forms, letters of recommendation, photographs, and correspondence regarding student affairs. There is a printed booklet notating a teachers’ school service record from 1944. There are collections of receipts from the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews, the South British Insurance Company, the Rafidain Insurance Company, various local vendors and taxi services, pharmacies, utilities, as well as rosters of patient information and correspondence from the Ministry of Culture of Iranian Schools in Iraq.

Directorate of Education of Baghdad Province Certificates and Statistics D / J / 16 / 7221 Dated 8 / 11 / 1952 Urgent Administrations of official, private, and foreign intermediate and secondary schools for boys and girls, all Recently, there have been many petitions from students objecting to their dismissal from schools - And since Article Fifty-Nine of the Secondary Schools Regulation No. 14 / 1944, which fulfills Article (16) of the new Secondary Schools Regulation No. (31) of 1952, is explicit in this regard. Therefore, we see no reason for complaint or appeal to this Directorate, as the decision on such matters belongs to the school according to the new regulation. It has been the custom to warn the student for a period of five days during which he submits his legitimate excuse to the school. If he does not respond to the warning within the period, he is dismissed immediately - Subsequent attempts after dismissal are of no use, as (there is no excuse for one who has been warned). As for submitting medical reports after dismissal, it is considered ⟦...⟧ an afterthought, and therefore medical reports are not accepted after the warning and dismissal. Furthermore, this Directorate does not accept any medical report submitted to it after the warning period has passed and the penalty of dismissal and abandonment has been applied against him, and it will not consider any request of this kind.
