4 - No name of any male or female student will be added after the mentioned day, so we hope to study and audit the lists

5 - In mixed schools, the names of female students are listed in one list and the names of male students in another list
as well as preparatory schools - the scientific branch from the literary branch - the Arabic commercial branch

1 - The number of successful, makeup, and failing students in the annual averages in official primary schools,
provided that the number of males is separated from the number of females.
2 - The number of successful, makeup, and failing students in the annual averages in private and foreign primary schools,
provided that the number of males is separated from the number of females.
3 - The number of successful, makeup, and failing students in each official preparatory school (list the name of
the school and next to it the number of students), provided that the students of the scientific section are separated from the students of the
literary section, and these from the commercial students, and male schools from female schools.
4 - The number of successful, makeup, and failing students in each private or foreign preparatory school

Subject / Conditions for opening summer courses in private schools
To all administrations of private and foreign schools associated with this directorate
Confirming our previous instructions, we list below some of the conditions for opening summer courses in
private schools, and we hope you take note that any school proven to have violated the
mentioned conditions, including other conditions notified to you, will expose itself to penalties, as
these courses will be subject to inspection as before, and we will apply the provisions of the General Education Law
against violators.
1/ The necessity of obtaining approval to open the course.
2/ It is not permissible to start opening the course, announcing it, or receiving fees before notifying the school
administration of the necessary approval.
3/ The necessity of providing all necessary ventilation and cooling means in the building.
4/ The course staff must be from within the approved private school staff, and any excess requires the approval of
the Ministry of Education. Furthermore, it is absolutely not permissible to allow others to teach before the necessary
approval.
5/ The number of female and male students in any class must not exceed forty.
6/ Also, the fees must not exceed one dinar per month, and this must be announced in a
suitable place in the school to be visible to all.

Instructions regarding the examination of external students in the final examinations for the
Intermediate study
1- Students who have passed the second intermediate grade and are not registered or attending a school
this year have the right to enter the final examinations for the third intermediate grades as
external students, provided they pay the prescribed fees (the fees determined by the system for intermediate study)
and they are assigned to official schools whose teaching staff will be relied upon.
2- Students who have passed the first intermediate grade and are not registered or attending a school
this year have the right to enter the final examinations for the second intermediate grades as external students
provided they pay the prescribed fees and they are assigned to official schools whose teaching staff will be relied upon
and upon passing, these individuals have the right <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> to apply for the final examinations for the third intermediate grades
in the future as external students.
3- Students who have completed primary education and are not registered or attending a school
this year have the right to enter the final examinations for the first intermediate grades as external students
provided they pay the prescribed fees and they are assigned to official schools whose teaching staff will be relied upon
and upon passing, these individuals have the right to apply for the final examinations for the second intermediate grades
in the future as external students.
4- No one other than those mentioned above has the right to enter the final examinations as an external student for any grade.
