Subject: - Lists of Names
In view of the approaching date of the general examinations for the primary and preparatory studies, please provide us
with the names of the successful and re-sit male and female students of the final classes (sixth primary and fifth
preparatory) in your schools, while observing the following points with all accuracy.
1 - Arrange the names according to the alphabet, and they must be complete and matching the students' civil status records.
2 - Two copies of the ⟦lists of names⟧ shall be sent.
3 - The mentioned lists must not be delayed beyond the day 12 / 5 / 1957.
4 - No name of any male or female student will be added after the mentioned day, so please study and audit the lists
and send them in the final form that does not accept crossing out or addition.
5 - In co-educational schools, the names of female students are listed in one list and the names of male students in another list,
likewise for preparatory schools - the scientific branch separate from the literary branch - the Arabic commercial branch
separate from the English commercial branch.
6 - Next to the name of each student, the word 'successful' or 're-sit' shall be listed along with the name of the subject in which they re-sit,
in the special field for remarks.
7 - It is preferred to write the names in ink, provided that the writing is clear, easy to read, and separated from each other
(between one line and another).
8 - The lists of names are arranged according to the following model, provided that the place for the examination number remains blank.
Note: Lists of preparatory study students are to be delivered directly to the Personnel Department against a signature by the <del>recipient</del>
