After greetings,
In accordance with your Excellency's wish, we agree to:
1 - Leasing the building of the Saleh Sassoon Daniel School in Hilla for an annual rent of eight hundred
dinars, to be paid in two installments, the first of which shall be upon occupying the mentioned building.
2 - The Department of Education shall undertake the renovations and repairs that may arise from the occupation of the building by it,
and other renovations arising from the nature of the building shall be the responsibility of the Community, along with completing the glass
and electrical installations if they are incomplete.
3 - The property tax shall be on the lessor, and other taxes and fees shall be on the Department of Education.
4 - Your purchase of the furniture at the prices it was sold for to the Department of Education in Baghdad.
We are awaiting your telegram according to the arrangement made.
