First Party - Governor of Hilla Province - in his capacity as Chairman of the General Provincial Council
Second Party - Lawyer Shaul Moussa on behalf of the Presidency of the Jewish Community according to the certified special power of attorney
from the Notary Public of North Baghdad under general number 1002 and dated 11/6/1952.
1- An agreement has been reached between the two parties to lease the Saleh Sassoon Daniel school building in Hilla to be used as a school
for a full year starting from 10/6/1952 until 10/5/1953.
2- The annual rent shall be 300/- Dinars according to the confirmation of the Provincial Administrative Council in its decision No. 992 dated
10/26/1952, provided that the mentioned rent is paid in two equal installments; the first installment is paid upon signing
the contract and the second installment is paid after six months from its date.
3- The Second Party shall carry out the required repairs for the building, and at least 15% of the annual rent
must be spent on repairs. If he refuses to do so, the First Party shall carry them out at the expense of the rent.
