1 - We are sending you herewith a copy of the latest lesson distribution schedule for the teaching staff at
Shamash Private Preparatory School, and from it, the percentage of adjusted periods for lectures out of the total
sum is clear to you.
2 - The administration of the aforementioned preparatory school requested our approval for Mr. Farid Yusuf Nano, a teacher
at Al-Karkh Secondary School for Boys, to deliver six lectures in the English language. In view of the lack of
fulfillment of the conditions in the request, it was rejected and the school was notified accordingly.
3 - It appears from the lesson distribution schedule that there are still eight vacant hours in the school. We kindly
request that the necessary measures be taken.
