١ - ترسل هذه البرقية وفقا لانظمة البرق الداخلة المنشورة في دليل البريد والبرق العراقي .
٢ - لا تكون ادارة البريد والبرق العراقية مسؤولة عن التأخير والخطأ والفقدان والضرر الذي قد يحدث للبرقية
من عدم نقلها او عدم تسليمها ، عند الارسال أو التوزيع .
٣ - على مرسل البرقيه ان يدون في الفراغ المخصص على الجانب الايسر من العنوان في وجه الاستمارة الاشارة التي
يرغب في ارسال البرقية بموجبها ، كمستعجلة ، أو ان اجرة جوابها مدفوعة مقدما أما اذا كانت البرقية في
مصلحة الحكومة العراقية فتدون كلمة (رسمية) .
٤ - لادارة البريد والبرق العراقية الحق في رفض تسجيل البرقية ، وكذلك لها الحق في عدم ارسالها حتى لو كانت
قد سجلت للارسال او التوزيع وفي هذه الحالة تعاد أجرتها الى المرسل عند تقديمه طلبا بذلك .
٥ - تقدم الطلبات المتعلقة باستعادة الاجور وكافة الشكايات عن البرقيات الى مديرية البريد والبرق العامة في بغداد .

2. The Administration of Posts and Telegraphs, 'Iraq, shall not be liable to make
compensation for any delay, error, loss, Injury or damage arising from omission,
non-transmission or non-delivery of the telegram.
3. The sender may write the instructions in the space provided at the left side of the
