ملخص الشروط التي بموجبها تقبل البرقيات الخارجية ١ - ترسل هذه البرقية وفقا لتعليمات البرق الخارجية المنشورة في دليل البريد والبرق العراقي . ٢ - لا تكون ادارة البريد والبرق العراقية مسؤولة عن التأخير او الخطأ او الفقدان او الضرر الذي قد يحدث للبرقية من عدم نقلها او عدم تسليمها او ⟦تأخير⟧ الارسال او التوزيع . ٣ - لا يجوز قبول الكلمات المركبة او المبدلة التي لا تؤدي المعنى الصريح من اللغة التي تحرر بها البرقية الخارجية الخصوصية . ٤ - على مرسل البرقية ان يدون في الفراغ المخصص على الجانب الايسر من العنوان في وجه الاستمارة رغبته في ارسال البرقية عن اي طريق من طرق البرق المستعملة ، او يدون انها مستعجلة او ان اجرة جوابها مدفوعة مقدما ، اما اذا كانت البرقية في مصلحة الحكومة العراقية فتدون كلمة (رسمية) . ٥ - لادارة البريد والبرق العراقية الحق في رفض تسجيل البرقية ، وكذلك لها الحق في عدم ارسالها حتى لو كانت قد سجلت للارسال او التوزيع . وفي هذه الحالة تعاد اجرتها الى المرسل عند تقديمه طلبا بذلك . ٦ - تقدم الطلبات المتعلقة باستعادة الاجور وكافة الشكايات عن البرقيات الى مديرية البريد والبرق العامة في بغداد . ٧ - لمنع وقوع اغلاط تكتب هذه البرقية باعتناء وبصورة واضحة . Conditions on which Foreign Telegrams are accepted. 1. This telegram shall be forwarded in accordance with the rules for Foreign Telegrams, published in the 'Iraq Post and Telegraph Guide. 2. The Administration of Posts and Telegraphs, 'Iraq, shall not be liable to make compensation for any delay, error, loss, injury or damage arising from omission, non-transmission or non-delivery of the telegram. 3. Combinations or alterations of words, contrary to the usage of the language, are not admitted in Private Foreign Telegrams in plain language. 4. The sender may write the instructions in the space provided at the left side of the address, on the face of this form, such as Route, Urgent, Reply Paid, or State if on 'Iraq Government Service. 5. The Administration of Posts and Telegraphs, 'Iraq, may decline to accept the telegram. It may also decline to forward it although it has been booked. In such case the amount paid for transmission shall be refunded to the sender on application. 6. Complaints and applications for refund should be addressed to the Directorate of Posts and Telegraphs, Baghdad. 7. To prevent mistake the Telegram must be legibly written.
