ملخص الشروط التي بموجبها تقبل البرقيات الداخلية ١ - ترسل هذه البرقية وفقا لانظمة البرق الداخلية المنشورة في دليل البريد والبرق العراقي . ٢ - لا تكون ادارة البريد والبرق العراقية مسؤولة عن التأخير والخطأ والفقدان والضرر الذي قد يحدث للبرقية من من عدم نقلها أو عدم تسليمها ، عند الارسال أو التوزيع . ٣ - على مرسل البرقية أن يدون في الفراغ المخصص على الجانب الايسر من العنوان في وجه الاستمارة الاشارة التي يرغب في ارسال البرقية بموجبها ، كمستعجلة او ان اجرة جوابها مدفوعة مقدما أما اذا كانت البرقية في مصلحة الحكومة العراقية فتدون كلمة (رسمية) ٤ - لادارة البريد والبرق العراقية الحق في رفض تسجيل البرقية ، وكذلك لها الحق في عدم ارسالها حتى لو كانت قد سجلت للارسال او التوزيع . وفي هذه الحالة تعاد أجرتها الى المرسل عند تقديمه طلبا بذلك . ٥ - تقدم الطلبات المتعلقة باستعادة الاجور وكافة الشكايات عن البرقيات الى المديرية البريد والبرق العامة في بغداد . ٦ - لمنع وقوع اغلاط تكتب هذه البرقية باعتناء وبصورة واضحة .
