B01 · header / arabic ملخص الشروط التى بموجبها تقبل البرقيات الداخلية B02 · paragraph / arabic ١ - ترسل هذه البرقية وفقا لانظمة البرق الداخلية المنشورة فى دليل البريد والبرق العراقى . ٢ - لا تكون ادارة البريد والبرق العراقية مسؤولة عن التأخير والخطأ والفقدان والضرر الذى قد يحدث للبرقية من من عدم نقلها أو عدم تسليمها ، عند الارسال أو التوزيع . ٣ - على مرسل البرقية أن يدون فى الفراغ المخصص على الجانب الايسر من العنوان فى وجه الاستمارة الاشارة التى يرغب فى ارسال البرقية بموجبها ، كمستعجلة ، او ان اجرة جوابها مدفوعة مقدما أما اذا كانت البرقية فى مصلحة الحكومة العراقية فتدون كلمة (رسمية) . ٤ - لادارة البريد والبرق العراقية الحق فى رفض تسجيل البرقية ، وكذلك لها الحق فى عدم ارسالها حتى لو كانت قد سجلت للارسال او التوزيع . وفى هذه الحالة تعاد أجرتها الى المرسل عند تقديمه طلبا بذلك . ٥ - تقدم الطلبات المتعلقة باستعادة الاجور وكافة الشكايات عن البرقيات الى مديرية البريد والبرق العامة فى بغداد . ٦ - لمنع وقوع اغلاط تكتب هذه البرقية باعتناء وبصورة واضحة . The Administration of Posts and Telegraphs, 'Iraq, shall not be liable to make compensation for any delay, error, loss, Injury or damage arising from omission, non-transmission or non-delivery of the telegram. 3. The sender may write the instructions in the space provided at the left side of the address, on the face of this form, such as Urgent Reply Paid, or State of an 'Iraq Government Service. 4. ⟦S⟧ Administration of Posts and Telegraphs, 'Iraq, may decline to accept the telegram. I may also decline to forward it although it has been booked. In such case the amount paid for transmission shall be refunded to the sender on application. 5. Complaints and applications for refund should be addressed to the Directorate of Posts and Telegraphs, Baghdad. 6. To prevent mistakes this telegram must be legibly written.
