As all the Midrash students have been stripped of their Iraqi citizenship, which led to the suspension of studies
at the Midrash Institute, and since the guardianship over the endowments, properties, and affairs of the Midrash is the President of the Secular Council in Baghdad,
therefore, we request that you provide the following:
1 - The final accounts of revenues and expenses up to the current year, year 5105, i.e., until 3/31/1951
2 - A detailed list of the properties belonging to the Midrash, showing:
a - The numbers and locations of these properties.
b - Their type (house or shop).
c - The name of the tenant.
d - The amount of rent, whether monthly or annually.
e - The expiration date of the lease period.
f - A statement of the remaining rent owed by the current tenant.
g - A statement of unleased properties (if any).
