It has been noted that some teachers allow the use of certain books containing solutions to exercises
found in the prescribed mathematics textbooks for schools, and since the presence of such books
in the hands of students hinders the development of their mathematical faculty and deprives them of the benefits of thinking,
research, and the joy of discovery, and does not facilitate their acquisition of mathematical abilities and skills
intended to be formed in them. We request that necessary measures be taken to prevent the use of such
books in schools of all levels and to make students understand the disadvantages of relying on them.

I have noticed during my visits to private schools and my review of the weekly lesson distribution schedules that
many of the administrations of these schools have made the number of educational lessons different from what is prescribed in
the primary school curriculum. Since this (arbitrary) action creates confusion in the course of teaching and is a violation
of teaching and contrary to instructions. I hope that you will emphasize to the mentioned schools to observe this and set the number
of educational lessons as prescribed in the primary school curriculum, and no change is permitted except for what has been approved
by the competent authorities.
