The purpose of the first article of our circular No. 47904 dated 29 / 12 / 1955
is that every male or female student who wishes to obtain a graduation certificate must pay to the administration
of the school from which they graduated an amount of 500 fils as the price for the certificate form in addition to the fees
for planning, and the school principal collects the amounts obtained from these students monthly and sends them
with an official letter to the accounting department of the provincial education office.

The doctor of the Central Student Health Clinic informed us in his letter No. 684
dated 27 / 12 / 955 that he had sent a medical assistant to Al-Jaafariya
Private Secondary School for Boys to take weight and height measurements for the school's students
for the purpose of preparing lists for their annual examination on the second day by the doctor
of the central clinic, but the school principal prevented the medical assistant from taking measurements,
protesting that there is no benefit from these examinations. Indeed, the person in charge
of the aforementioned clinic's records was hindered and told him the same thing. The clerk
asked him to contact the doctor in charge, and he contacted the doctor and told him that
he would prevent the medical assistant from taking measurements due to their lack of benefit, but the doctor
answered him that they are of great benefit, especially since the students' examination will be conducted on this
basis. He insisted on refusing, so the doctor asked him to write that down, and he said -
I will write to this effect. Please kindly approach the Ministry of Education to instruct
all school administrations, whether private or official, to facilitate the mission of doctors,
medical assistants, and nurses conducting examinations and treatments in
schools and inform us, please.

We request that you notify the administrations of the intermediate and secondary schools belonging to you of the necessity of keeping the exam notebooks
for a full year, classified by subject and according to the sequence of grades in each subject.

15 / 1 / 1956 regarding the impermissibility of utilizing the services of foreign teachers
whose services were terminated by the Ministry of Education. Please act accordingly and provide us
with the names of the aforementioned teachers and inform us of your measures taken in this regard
with urgent speed, provided that your response reaches us within five days from the date
of your notification of this letter.

not to employ foreign teachers whose services were terminated by this Ministry, as
this conflicts with this Ministry's plan for seconding foreign teachers. Please also send a list
of the names of foreign teachers lecturing in the private schools affiliated with you for our audit.
As an example, we mention to you the names of foreign teachers and the schools in which they lecture, requesting
that the mentioned schools be instructed not to utilize their services.
