Your secret letter No. 290 dated 1 / 11 / 1956.
We have no objection to being provided with the names of all intermediate school graduates who did not pass the entrance exam for entry
to preparatory schools, whether those who were provided with documents to join vocational schools or were not provided with them, for the purpose of
fixing their full addresses, and that the responsible recruitment departments will request their presence and postpone those who prove their continued
study in vocational schools or in the special classes mentioned in your letter above. According to this method,
we are able to conscript all students who have lost their student status and are liable for military service, hoping for their knowledge,
as some directors of provincial governorates have sent us multiple lists in this regard, and these recruitment departments have
summoned them and conscripted those among them who were not deferred for military service according to the regulations.
