Students who are under the age of military service and against whom the school has not taken disciplinary
measures, and who have been released after their detention, the following must be followed regarding their affairs.
Students whom the school board collectively sees no harm in accepting shall be accepted, provided
that the student's previous conduct, attendance, devotion to study, and obedience to
regulations are observed, on the condition that each of these students is required to obtain a certificate of good conduct from the competent
department and an undertaking is taken from their guardians to guarantee the good conduct of their children and to cooperate with the school administration
to properly guide the student to prepare himself scientifically, morally, and physically. These students must understand
that any movement originating from any of them against the school system, discipline, and attendance exposes them to
permanent dismissal.
As for students whom the school administration deems unfit due to their bad conduct, laziness, and lack of
compliance with regulations and their desire for troublemaking, their admission shall be refused and they shall be considered dismissed.

Subscription Appeal
To the respected members of the teaching family throughout all parts of Iraq
Since its founding until now, the Central Teachers Association has not had a headquarters that befits its status and importance. We have done everything in our power to begin the construction of a building to be its permanent headquarters. With God's help, we have collected the necessary funds to secure the construction of this building, which amounted to no less than eight thousand dinars—all that we were able to save and set aside throughout the past years, despite the material assistance the Association provided to many of its affiliated members and others who deserved aid and support.
This amount is considered small compared to what the grand Association building will cost, which we have begun constructing and which is nearing completion.
My sisters and brothers, female and male teachers,
My confidence in your kind feelings toward your association and your sense that the general headquarters of the association must be built solely through the contribution and assistance of the teaching family—and that we should not resort to others to seek help—is what prompted us to approach the competent authorities with a request for approval to conduct a subscription and collect donations to contribute to covering the costs of the association building in Baghdad. Now that the Ministry of Interior has approved the collection of five thousand dinars via its statement No. 1083 dated 19 / 1 / 1957, I address this appeal to you, hoping that all male and female teachers will contribute to the donation for the construction of the association's general headquarters, which is considered everyone's home and which we hope will be an eternal symbol of the association and its future development. We hope that school administrations or directorates of education in the provinces will collect donations and send them or present them to the subscription committee in Baghdad at the following address:-
(Mr. Naji Abdul Amir, Director of the Primary Teachers' House in Baghdad - Adhamiya).
The committee will provide formal receipts acknowledging receipt of the donated amounts. The committee will also organize the final account of the subscription results to submit it to the competent authorities and announce it in the newspapers.
In conclusion, I pray to God to grant us all success for the good of the association and the good of the members of the teaching family, and God is the ultimate goal.
Sincerely, Abdul Ghani Al-Jarjafchi
