and private and foreign schools for boys and girls, day and evening, all belonging to this directorate.
Some school administrations are still sending us documents or transfer forms by hand via their owners
and this is contrary to the instructions sent to you. Since the visits of male and female students to our directorate
leads to the disruption of our work, we emphasize the necessity of sending school documents or transfer forms
via official letters to this directorate. This directorate will refrain from certifying any document or form
of transfer not accompanied by an official letter. It is not permissible to give ⟦documents⟧ or transfer forms, even with letters,
by hand to their owners absolutely. We will also return the documents after certifying them to the school administration directly,
and the owners of the documents must visit their schools and not visit this directorate in matters related to documents.
