It has been noted that some administrations of preparatory and secondary schools entrust some
teachers (male and female) with teaching scientific subjects in advanced classes without considering
the seniority of the teacher and their ability to teach this or that subject and their proficiency in it.
In view of the scientific and educational importance, we request that these matters be taken into consideration when
distributing lessons to teachers (male and female) in light of the above.

In view of the fact that Professor Connell, delegated by the International Food and Agriculture Organization,
is conducting nutritional surveys on a segment of public and private school students in Iraq
by obtaining their weights and heights for various ages and comparing them with the results
obtained in similar countries where these surveys were conducted, and since
the National Nutrition Institute will continue to conduct these surveys after the end of the mandate
of the aforementioned professor, and because these experiments are of great importance and are the only
of their kind in Iraq, it is requested to ask all provincial education directorates
to facilitate the mission of those conducting these surveys so that the required results can be obtained.
