During my inspection of Karbala Province, I visited (Najaf Secondary School) on Monday morning
23 / 1 / 1956 and found no one except the teaching staff. I inquired about the reason for
the students' absence and was told that they had stopped attending classes in preparation for exams.
I was also informed that their absence began on Sunday 22 / 1, even though there were 12 days
remaining until the exams.
I also visited (Al-Sadeer) Intermediate School on the same day and found the school doors locked
with the teaching staff inside. This is a matter that should not be overlooked, as it is
a waste of study time.

4- Furniture and supplies specific to kindergartens.
