In the one hundred and fourth session of the Council of Ministers held on 22 / 10 / 1956, your letter No. 16195
dated 15 / 10 / 1956 was read, proposing the detachment of (Mezuri) sub-district from Dohuk district and its annexation to
Al-Shikhan district within Mosul Province due to the reasons explained in your letter. After deliberating opinions and listening to the explanations of
the Minister of Interior, the Council approved the proposal and agreed to it in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Provinces Administration Law No. 16 of
1945. Attached is a copy of the Royal Decree No. 80 dated 24 / 10 / 1956

the Council of Ministers.
We have issued our Royal Decree
to detach the sub-district of (Al-Mazuri) - with its administrative boundaries - from the Dohuk District belonging to the Mosul Province and attach it
to the Sheikhan District belonging to the same province.
The Minister of Interior shall implement this decree.
Written in Baghdad on the nineteenth day of the month of Rabi' al-Awwal in the year 1376 ⟦H⟧, corresponding to the twenty-fourth day of

exam for admission to preparatory schools, whether those who were provided with documents to join vocational
schools or those who were not yet provided with them, after confirming their full addresses. The responsible recruitment offices
will be assigned to notify them and defer those who prove they are continuing their studies in vocational schools
or in the special classes mentioned in your letter above. In this way, we can conscript all
students who have lost their student status and for whom military service has become mandatory, noting
that some provincial education directors have sent us multiple lists in this regard and the recruitment
offices have summoned them and conscripted those among them who were not candidates for military service according to the regulations.

Based on the requirements of the public interest, we have decided to form a special medical committee consisting of:
1- Dr. Radi Al-Shammaa, physician at the Central Student Health Clinic.

3- Dr. Rees Bakht Warsian, dentist at the Central Student Health Clinic.
The aforementioned committee shall conduct general medical examinations for male and female students of schools located between the line extending
between the Iron Bridge in Adhamiya and Bab Al-Sharqi.
A second medical committee shall be formed consisting of:
1- Dr. Abdullah Judi, physician at the Student Health Clinic in Kadhimiya.
2- Dr. Hazem Al-Bakri, dentist at the inspectorate of this Directorate.
3- Salah al-Din Balyan, ophthalmologist at the Student Health Clinic in Kadhimiya.
The aforementioned committee shall conduct general medical examinations for students of schools located from the Iron Bridge in Sarafiya
to Adhamiya.
A third medical committee shall be formed consisting of:
1- Dr. Khalid Al-Qala'i, physician at the Student Health Clinic in Karrada Al-Sharqiya.
2- Dr. Shamiran Mirza, dentist at the Central Student Health Clinic.
3- Dr. Fakhri Al-Qattan, ophthalmologist at the Student Health Clinic for Eye Diseases.
The aforementioned committee shall conduct medical examinations for male and female students of schools located between Bab Al-Sharqi and Karrada Al-Sharqiya.
A fourth medical committee shall be formed consisting of:
1- Dr. Hadi Al-Qafaji, physician at the Student Health Clinic in Karkh.
2- Dr. Badri Warsian, dentist at the Central Student Health Clinic (examines male students only).
3- Dr. Shamiran Mirza, dentist at the Central Student Health Clinic (examines female students only).
4- The ophthalmologist to be appointed at the time.
