Administrations of secondary and intermediate schools, teachers' institutes, and preparatory schools for commerce, industry,

and then released, provided that the school administrations had not taken administrative or disciplinary measures against them
such as dismissal. Likewise, students whose re-enrollment was refused by school administrations, which stipulated
obtaining certificates of good conduct and the provision of guarantees by their guardians, etc., should have their
admission reconsidered, especially those whose admission is seen as beneficial in view of their academic record and the school's reputation

((( Copy of the Circular )))
The traffic problem in the streets of the capital, and in Al-Rashid Street in particular, has become one of the annoying problems
for the residents, especially since the solution requires rapid treatment through the cooperation of all official and non-official
entities. The designated authorities have noticed, for example, that some officials and personalities who own private
cars are often ignorant of traffic regulations and instructions, so they park their cars in places where parking is prohibited
or in a second row in the street, which causes traffic obstruction and encourages others to follow their example and commit violations.
It was also noted that the legal measures taken against violators do not help much in solving these problems,
but rather they may recur as a result.
Therefore, since the officials, headed by the senior ones, are considered at the forefront of those whose cooperation we hope for in achieving
the objectives of the regulations and laws, this Ministry has decided to request all official and semi-official departments to cooperate
with it in facilitating the task of the traffic authorities and overcoming the difficulties that arise every day before them.
Accordingly, please urge all your employees to respect the regulations and instructions regarding traffic organization,
be keen to apply them accurately, pay attention to the directives of the concerned authorities, and cooperate with them so that they can
perform their duties in the best possible way and ensure the comfort of the public.
