issued by the General Inspectorate of Education, we have decided the following:ـ
1 - Entrusting the inspection of primary and private schools, kindergartens,
and official vocational and charitable institutes for girls to the female inspectors and those acting as inspectors
indicated next to each of their names below.
2 - It was decided to entrust the inspection of kindergartens and investigation matters that occur in
girls' schools to the inspector, Miss Mafakhir al-Kilani.
3 - It was decided to entrust the inspection of private day and evening schools for girls
and children, official evening schools for girls, and literacy centers
in girls' schools to the inspector, Mrs. Sariha al-Adham.
4 - Assistant Mr. Ihsan al-Mukhtar shall implement the procedures
required by the personal and school reports and investigative matters submitted
by the inspector Miss Mafakhir al-Kilani and by the rest of the female inspectors and those acting
as inspectors.

In view of the many questions we receive regarding paragraph / 14 of the instructions for issuing documents to students
of secondary schools sent in our letter No. 28767 dated 23 / 7 / 1957
The meaning of the phrase (Information may not be entered in the document except with an ink pen) is that the
information should be entered in the original copy given to the student in ink, while the second copy of the document
which remains in the register, there is no objection to it being in carbon. Please notify the schools affiliated with your directorate
of this.

1- We have decided that the individuals whose names are listed in the attached lists shall undertake administration and proctoring in the examinations
General for the second session of the year 1956/1957 for primary education, each as indicated in the list.
2- We have also decided that the individuals whose names are listed in the attached lists shall proctor the examination centers
for preparatory education as mentioned at the top of the attached list.
3- The directors and directresses of the examination centers for both preparatory and primary education must attend
to this directorate four days before the start date of the general examinations to receive the examination file
pertaining to their centers and other instructions along with the stationery.
4- Directors and directresses of examination centers and their male and female assistants are requested to attend the examination centers
two days before the start of the examinations to organize the centers and inform us of what they need so that we can meet
their needs.
5- Male and female proctors must attend the examination centers before the start of the general examinations
by at least one day to be provided with the necessary instructions, and they must also attend on examination days
at least half an hour before the examination time. Any delay from the scheduled time or any
attempt leading to the disruption of the examination process is a matter that warrants strict punishment.
6- No person assigned to proctoring is allowed to fail in performing their duty unless they provide a legitimate excuse
from the Student Health Directorate if they are ill, or from the responsible official authorities.
7- Directors and directresses of the centers must inform this directorate of any negligence, failure, or absence by
the male and female proctors.
8- General examinations for the second session for both primary and preparatory education will begin starting from
eight o'clock on the morning of Saturday, 7 / 9 / 1957.
