Please follow the instructions listed below when requesting the issuance of academic certificates
for any of the three levels of study (for Intermediate from the year 1954 / 1955 and below).
Instructions:-
1- When requesting certificates, lists of names of students wishing to obtain
certificates shall be sent in two copies for the Intermediate and Secondary levels and one copy for the Primary level
in which information is listed according to the following model:-

2- An amount of fifty fils for each certificate shall be sent with the list, to be paid to the Secondary Education Accountant
against a receipt, and another fifty fils shall be paid as a fee for calligraphy of the certificate to the Certificates Clerk in
this Directorate without a receipt.
3- When the certificates are sent to you for the first time, the school administration shall paste the student's photo in
the upper left side of the certificate, and the revenue stamp shall be pasted in the lower left side of
the certificate, and both shall be stamped with the school seal, and the school principal himself shall sign on the photo only.
4- The value of the revenue stamp shall be (100) fils for the Secondary level, (50) fils for the
Intermediate level, and (10) fils for the Primary level.
5- Each certificate shall be accompanied by an additional identical photograph after being stamped with the school seal and signed
on the back, mentioning the student's name and year of graduation. As for the Secondary and Intermediate levels, they shall be accompanied by two photos
in the same manner.
Note
1- Photographs, stamps, and amounts must be collected from students who wish to obtain
certificates.
2- The student's name must be exactly identical to his name in the General Examination results
