7. Payments.—Accounts shall be rendered
monthly, and should payment at any time be more
than 15 days in arrears the Company reserve the
right, after giving 48 hours' notice in writing, to
discontinue the supply of current until the
amount owing has been paid together with a fee
of Rs. 5 for reconnecting. In the event of any
Consumer wishing to discontinue taking a supply
he must give 3 days' notice in writing to the
Company, and, until the expiration of this notice,
he will be responsible for any current consumed
on the premises whether he may have ceased to
occupy the premises or not.

7— Payment of fees: Accounts are submitted monthly and if delayed
the payment date more than 15 days, the company has the right after giving
a written warning 48 hours before to cut the electrical current
until the amount due is paid along with a reconnection fee of
5 rupees. If any of the consumers wish to cut the current
electrical, he must inform the company in writing three days before
and he remains responsible until the end of this warning period for all
consumed power whether he has vacated the premises or not.
This Bill is now due for payment and must be
paid at the Company's office, Abakhanah.
Please present this Bill at the office when
making payment.
For the convenience of Consumers cheques
may be made payable to Bagdad Light and Power
Company Limited, and crossed Ottoman Bank.
This list is due for payment and must be settled at the office of
the company in Abakhana.
When paying the amount please present this list.
