Honorable Vice President
Reference to your statement:
1- That the appraisal of the session was conducted in our department
2- As for the verification of the amount of fees and expenditure, this requires reviewing the official
receipts issued by the Land Registry (Tabu) office, as well as by the guidance of the broker Yaqub Mukhtar
It is also necessary to obtain the Land Registry deed

My Lord the Honorable Vice President
According to the understanding from the aforementioned broker, he states that the necessary receipts were not submitted according to
their maximum eligibility to the Sharia Court, given the multiplicity in the receipt of the shareholders, and based on what was stated in
the deed we recently obtained, that the share value is ⟦4500/-⟧ Rupees and is appraised at 5500/- Rupees
which also stated that the category of stamps placed is in the amount of 4500/- Rupees. From this it is clear to us
that the category of stamps, which is ⟦illegible⟧ in the Land Registry fee as we mentioned previously, the total fee
becomes 27/8/- Rupees and the difference to each is ⟦illegible⟧ and if we add 27/8/- Rupees for appraisal fee and aesthetics, then
the remainder for the aforementioned broker is 25/12/- Rupees, thirty-one Rupees. This is what must be submitted for your service, and the matter is yours, my Lord.

To the Honorable Vice President of the Lay Council
Based on the letter of the Haham Bashi dated 10/8/929, I request your Excellency to please
note the following:
1- The fee charged by the government was more than the fee approved by your esteemed council by
⟦twenty-five⟧ rupees, as the government valued the ⟦property/parcel⟧ at 55/000 rupees while its purchase was
at 30/000 rupees.
2- This is in addition to six rupees for the Tabu estimation fee outside the department, as His Eminence the Haham has
ordered that the estimation be done in the Sect's administration.
So I request approval for the disbursement of thirty-one rupees.
I remain sincerely yours,
The Broker
