7. Payments.—Accounts shall be rendered monthly, and should payment at any time be more than 15 days in arrears the Company reserve the right, after giving 48 hours' notice in writing, to discontinue the supply of current until the amount owing has been paid together with a fee of Rs. 5 for reconnecting.
