at the Land Registry Office. Since the main storage ledger is missing, we conducted investigations and advertisements in the Iraq Newspaper based on the order of the Court Presidency
First 18/8/920 No. 88 and 14/9/920 No. 144, and due to the expiration of the advertisements on the mentioned house regarding
the rightful claimant, and in the neighborhood and administration and the testimony of the Mukhtars, it appears returned within the period designated for that, the mentioned house is registered
anew as a waqf in the name of the Dar al-Shifa for the poor of the Mosaic community according to the boundary descriptions clarified in the attached deed and the statement of
the inspection officer and the engineer and the investigations of the center officer and the attached land registry consensus.
