Subject / Our Mission and Duty
This Directorate has noticed – with deep regret – that there is a phenomenon, neither desirable nor acceptable, which is about
to encompass all those concerned, including female and male primary teachers and female and male secondary teachers. That is the phenomenon of
evading some responsibilities and resorting to mediation and intermediaries, and tasking others with following up on
their transactions and relying on them in an attempt to achieve certain desires they want or to get rid of
duties.
As we draw attention to this phenomenon, we hope for cooperation from everyone to put an end to this, as it causes
exhaustion and embarrassment for the employees of this Directorate first, in addition to being far from the public interest
and the integrity of the educational process, and conflicting with the sacred mission of the teacher.
The only method we call for is to submit written requests according to the proper procedures and through
the specialized authority, emphasizing that these requests are always subject to the attention of all employees
and that the decision to fulfill them is determined by the public interest, regulations, instructions, and available possibilities for that.
Furthermore, this office does not look at any case or request except in light of the abstract reality without differentiation
between one case and another, and we do not give preference to this or that under any influence other than what was mentioned above. We also hope
from our female and male colleagues to adhere to what the Directorate has decided, which is to limit review hours at the Directorate
to after eleven o'clock and when the review is necessary. We also hope for a cessation of visits to employees
so that the employees in the office are given the opportunity to devote themselves to their duties quietly and dedicate themselves
to deciding on their work with deliberation.
We hope everyone will adhere to what is stated above, in addition to what we hope from them in terms of commitment to
systems and instructions in order to achieve the best and finest results in our honorable field of work.
Finally, we hope that all members of the teaching staff will be informed of this, with our sincere congratulations to them on the occasion
of the end of the school year, praying to the Almighty that we meet in the new year with the determination and sincerity that
we hope for.

Some school administrations have begun collecting donations from students under the pretext of spending them on
organizing parties, sports activities, and so on. Since school administrations already collect from students
the donations stipulated in the school activity instructions annually, we find no necessity
in collecting such donations that cause a burden on the students. Therefore, please circulate this
to the school administrations under your jurisdiction and do not allow them to collect such donations.
