1- The head of the slaughterhouse submits a monthly list of deductions to the accountant, and they are deducted
by him and recorded in a special account under the name (Slaughterhouse Deduction Suspense Account), then disbursed by
the accountant to the concerned parties according to a list submitted by the head of the slaughterhouse, provided that the accountant
submits a summary of these deductions to the head of the council or his deputy for review.
2- The head of the slaughterhouse submits a list containing all fixed monthly expenses and allocations to the Council
Physical for consideration.
3- The head of the slaughterhouse is authorized to spend no more than one dinar per month as petty cash. As for
unusual cases that require more expenses, the head of the slaughterhouse must request the council's approval before
expenditure.
