2- The administration of each secondary, intermediate, and vocational school for boys and girls shall pay an amount of - / 3 Dinars
from the Sports and Scouting Activity share to the Scouting Activity Department in this Directorate
against a receipt for the transportation costs of the scouting team to and from the camp, along with camp sundries,
provided that the amount reaches us before 20 / 3 / 1963.
3- All scouts, cubs, brownies, guides, and rovers of secondary, intermediate, vocational, primary,
and model schools for boys and girls shall participate in this festival, accompanied by female and male
physical education teachers in full scouting uniforms.
4- Each school shall prepare an Iraqi flag and a scouting flag.
5- Each male or female student shall be equipped with the following items:
A notebook and pen. Scouting ID. Metal cup. Scouting rope.
6- The school itself shall provide 2 buckets and 3 ⟦brooms/mats⟧.
7- Each school shall prepare a scouting activity consistent with the greatness of the Revolution, to be presented to us
before being performed at the festival.
8- Food shall be at the expense of the female or male student from their own pocket if it is brought
by them ready-made to the camp.
9- We will inform you in another letter regarding the preliminary meeting for female and male physical education
teachers to receive instructions for the camp and the assembly points for transporting teams to the camp.
10- A committee was formed to manage and supervise the festival consisting of Mr. Bin Said Al-Shaykhli,
Sami Al-Mukhtar, and Ms. Fawzia Al-Omari.
11- The uniform for female and male physical education teachers shall be the full scouting uniform.

The Ministry of Education announces its approval for the participation of male and female English language teachers
in the English language course that will be organized in London by the British Council from
June 28 to August 2 / 63, similar to previous courses. Those wishing to participate in
this course should submit their applications to the Directorate of Cultural Exchange through the District Directorate of Education
- according to the conditions set out below, and the acceptance of applications ends at the end of April 63
1 - The candidate must have actual service of no less than (3) years in teaching the English language
2 - Has not previously participated in a similar previous course.
3 - Not a graduate of a college in an English-speaking country
4 - The candidate shall bear the travel expenses to and from
5 - The candidate pledges to observe the course regulations and commit to attendance
6 - The British Council shall bear the costs of accommodation, subsistence, study, and travel expenses within

The Ministry of Education announces the availability of two fellowships, the first in Archaeology and the other
in Ethnography, allocated by the Gulbenkian Foundation for graduates of Iraqi
colleges with a Licentiate degree or its equivalent to study in America and obtain a
Master's degree in each of the two mentioned subjects. Those wishing to benefit from these
two fellowships among the employees of this Ministry and its affiliated departments who meet the following
conditions should submit their applications to the Directorate of Cultural Exchange during the period ending at the end of
official working hours on 21 / 3 / 963.
1 - To be a graduate of an Iraqi college with a Licentiate degree in the specialization or its equivalent

The Illustration Center in Baghdad needs a teacher who is proficient in sculpting, coloring, casting models,
and making molds from gypsum and other materials, and who possesses specific scientific knowledge in health,
anatomy, and biology to work in the Models Department. Please circulate this to the primary schools
under your jurisdiction. Teachers who find themselves competent and wish to
transfer, after reviewing the conditions listed below, should submit their applications no later than

Desiring the stability and regularity of studies in all primary, intermediate, secondary, preparatory,
and vocational schools, and out of concern for the interest of our student sons, it has been decided to suspend transfers among teachers and instructors until the end
of the current school year, except for cases of deportation issued by the former Military Governor General.
Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to visit the Ministry's office or the Directorates of Education in the governorates regarding this matter. Those
requesting a transfer must submit their written requests to their competent authorities through official channels so that those authorities
may consolidate and coordinate the requests to enable measures that ensure the interest of all. Violators expose themselves
to disciplinary penalties.
