Among the goals of our revolutionary republic is the national upbringing of the rising generation to be good citizens and the dissemination of awareness
political, health, cultural, and social among them, and that requires the concerted efforts and cooperation of various parties
to fulfill this mission completely towards this generation, which is the pillar of the nation and the people's treasure for its bright future.
To achieve this goal, it has been decided that this directorate will receive a number of school students with their teachers
provided that their number does not exceed 50 students and their teachers at each time at present, and some
films will be shown to them, and they will view samples of our local products displayed in the center's exhibitions, and one of the teachers
accompanying the students will give a talk on any topic within the goals for which our revolutionary republic works, provided that we are informed
of the date of the visit in advance.
The Ministry of Guidance will work in the future to develop these centers so that they will be guidance and cultural centers for
various classes of the people, foremost among them students and intellectuals, and these will contain recreational, cultural, and educational means
including books, films, pamphlets, etc., and will be the best means to benefit from our students' free time in everything that brings

Upon joining the Laboratory Administration, I noticed there are some pending transactions which
have not been decided upon despite the Directorate's successive follow-ups on them. As some
transactions have been pending for a full year without being finalized, forcing us to keep them without a final
settlement. It is no secret that completing these transactions as quickly as possible has an impact on the
workflow of this important Directorate.
Therefore, we request you to instruct all schools affiliated with you on the necessity of completing laboratory transactions
as quickly as possible and not delaying them for more than one month; otherwise, we will be forced to penalize schools -
that delay beyond this deadline in the future, noting that the responsibility lies with -
the person in charge of the laboratory and the school principal.
