The Ministry of Education announces its approval for the participation of male and female English language teachers
in the English language course that will be organized in London by the British Council from
June 28 to August 2 / 63, similar to previous courses. Those wishing to participate in
this course should submit their applications to the Directorate of Cultural Exchange through the District Directorate of Education
- according to the conditions set out below, and the acceptance of applications ends at the end of April 63
1 - The candidate must have actual service of no less than (3) years in teaching the English language
2 - Has not previously participated in a similar previous course.

in Ethnography, allocated by the Gulbenkian Foundation for graduates of Iraqi
colleges with a Licentiate degree or its equivalent to study in America and obtain a
Master's degree in each of the two mentioned subjects. Those wishing to benefit from these
two fellowships among the employees of this Ministry and its affiliated departments who meet the following

1 - To be a graduate of an Iraqi college with a Licentiate degree in the specialization or its equivalent

The Illustration Center in Baghdad needs a teacher who is proficient in sculpting, coloring, casting models,
and making molds from gypsum and other materials, and who possesses specific scientific knowledge in health,
anatomy, and biology to work in the Models Department. Please circulate this to the primary schools
under your jurisdiction. Teachers who find themselves competent and wish to
transfer, after reviewing the conditions listed below, should submit their applications no later than
Thursday, 21 / 3 / 963, through their directorate to the Directorate of Curricula, Books,

Desiring the stability and regularity of studies in all primary, intermediate, secondary, preparatory,
and vocational schools, and out of concern for the interest of our student sons, it has been decided to suspend transfers among teachers and instructors until the end
of the current school year, except for cases of deportation issued by the former Military Governor General.
Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to visit the Ministry's office or the Directorates of Education in the governorates regarding this matter. Those
requesting a transfer must submit their written requests to their competent authorities through official channels so that those authorities
