During my inspection of the records of some schools, I found that the principals use the substance:
Pelikan Ink Eradicator to remove writing instead

Since the grade is what determines the student's future fate and because of its importance and legal
responsibility, please instruct school administrations to strictly refrain from using this substance.
Otherwise, they will be severely punished for it. When there is a need and necessity to change a grade,
the grade should be crossed out correctly and signed by the principal and the specialized teacher.

To all employees of this Directorate
Subject / Guiding Visitors
Complaints have reached us from members of our honorable family and some visitors focused on the fact that
they sometimes do not receive sufficient guidance and direction from those they seek clarification from during their visits to process
their official correspondence, and they are unable to know the path that the correspondence they are tracking must take.
We have sensed the truth of some of what they complain about, and since this harms the reputation of the Directorate, and even the reputation
of the government apparatus and those working in it, and consequently the reputation of our blessed Republican era
among the honorable citizens, I therefore see - with our high confidence in all of you - the necessity for all
brotherly employees and workers to commit to open-mindedness, deep thinking, and the desire for sincere service
and in providing the widest assistance to visitors and trying not to provoke their feelings by committing to patience, calm nerves,
and extreme respect for every visitor regardless of their social or official status, and that each of us should answer
with a correct and complete answer, not a truncated one, to any inquiry as the matter requires.
It is incumbent upon me after this to acknowledge the presence of a large number in this Directorate of good employees
and good citizens who perform their duty silently, deeply, and sincerely. I hope they will be a good
example always for their other colleagues, and God is the granter of success ⟦line⟧
