10.- If the teacher does not comply with this commitment or does not
respect the general regulations of the school, they will be considered as
having resigned, once warned by the President. They will be paid
up to the day they have thus relinquished their duties and will lose their
right to travel expenses.
11.- If the teacher is judged unfit to fulfill their duties for
health reasons attested by a medical report, or as a result of refusal
by local authorities for their stay in Iraq, or for their practice
in the schools, a refusal which is occasioned by the conduct of
the teacher themselves, this contract will be considered terminated on the date
the teacher ceased their work; and the teacher will only be
entitled to their travel expenses for return to France.
12.- The teacher may, in their free time, give private
lessons, provided that this in no way affects their abilities
to carry out their teaching duties at the school and their corrections
outside of school. They will not be authorized to give
lessons in other private or government schools.
13.- The teacher must stay away from any political
or racial movement, and lead a respectable private life. Any violation
of this article will expose the teacher to being dismissed and to losing
their rights as well as the return travel expenses.
14.- Any dispute or misunderstanding between the teacher and the Management
of the school or the students will be referred to, and resolved by the President,
whose decision must be accepted by the teacher.
15.- Done in Baghdad, in two copies exchanged between the two
