The Rusafa Property Tax Directorate requested us in its letter No. 18477 dated 26 / 12 / 1973
(copy attached herewith) to build an upper room in the leased building.
We kindly ask you in this regard to refer to our letter No. L / 616 / 72 dated 3 / 12 / 1972
in which we mentioned that we leased the building for a net annual rent of 792/- Dinars. And
we had spent until then 2296.160 Dinars according to the list attached to our aforementioned letter. Since then,
spending on the building continued until the total reached 2567.455 Dinars so far, according to the
additional list attached herewith. Since this property is a charitable endowment (Waqf) and the trustee is the Administrative Committee for Iraqi
Jews, duty calls for it to preserve the endowment's yield to be spent on the designated endowment purpose.
Therefore, if the Rusafa Property Tax Directorate wishes to build the requested room, please order the formation of
a committee to inspect the building and estimate the appropriate rent to preserve the interest of the endowment.

We have spent on that an amount of 2296.960 Dinars according to the list attached to our aforementioned letter And at that time, the receipt of ⟦illegible⟧ ⟦illegible⟧ the building until the total reached so far 2567.355 Dinars according to the additional list
