In implementation of the decision of the Judge of Dissolution of Joint
Ownership numbered Plot 1/43, District
29, Eastern Muqdadiya Orchards, for sale,
belonging to the plaintiff Hussein Ibrahim

1 - The General Establishment for Major Irrigation Projects invites contractors
classified up to the fourth category who possess the competence
and specialization to participate in the aforementioned tender.
2 - You may obtain one copy of the contract documents,
specifications, and maps from the headquarters of this establishment - Rights

Judgment Decision
The Grand Criminal Court of Saladin Governorate was formed
on 1-17-1978 under the presidency of President Mr. Jamil Abdul Baqi
and the membership of judges Mr. Adnan Yahya Nazhat and Mr. Fouad Jawad
Reda, authorized to adjudicate in the name of the people, and issued its following decision:
Complainant: Saleh Ahmed Najm
Defendant: Mugheer Shakhayr Nazzal (fugitive), his appointed
defense lawyer Mahmoud Al-Alousi.
The court sentenced the fugitive convict Mugheer Shakhayr Nazzal
to rigorous imprisonment for two years in accordance with the provisions of Article 219 of the Penal Code,
to be executed against him from the date of his arrest, and considering his crime
an ordinary misdemeanor not involving moral turpitude according to the Rehabilitation Law, and obligating him
to compensate the father of the victim, the complainant Saleh Ahmed Najm, an amount
of three hundred dinars for the damage he suffered as a result of the killing of the victim
Zuhour Saleh, to be collected from him for execution when the judgment acquires
final status, and estimating the lawyer's fees for the convict's appointed lawyer,
Mr. Mahmoud Al-Alousi, at twenty-five
dinars to be paid to him from the state treasury when the judgment acquires final
status, and issuing an arrest warrant against the convict according to Article 219
of the Penal Code. The decision was issued in absentia, and the mentioned convict has the right to object
to it within the legal period stipulated in paragraph (a) of
Article 243 of the Criminal Procedure Law based on
the provisions of Article 142 of the Procedure. The decision was issued by consensus and announced
publicly on 1-17-1978.
