In view of the acts disruptive to order committed by student Farid Moshi Nassim Oqairab and student Ezra Murad Shatoub, both from the second
intermediate class (A), during the lesson of Mr. Yahya Nezhat on Wednesday, 17 / 5 / 1967,
and in view of the recurrence of these acts in the past despite repeated warnings to maintain quiet
inside the classroom, the Discipline Committee met at the request of the specialized teacher on the same day and decided the following:

1- Imposing a temporary expulsion penalty for a period of three days starting from Thursday, 13 / 5 / 1965, on each
of Albert Moshi Nassim Oqeirab, Farid Moshi Nassim Oqeirab, and Murad Ezra Murad Shamtob, with a deduction of twenty points
from the conduct average of each of them, in view of their repeated disruption of order in various lessons despite being warned
repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining order and quiet inside the classroom.
2- Imposing a recorded reprimand penalty against the student Riyadh Qasim Muhammad Al-Wattar, with a deduction of ten points from his conduct average
at the request of Mr. Yahya Nezhat, the Arabic language teacher, for leaving the classroom without his permission and not
responding to his repeated calls to return to the classroom.
