First - It was decided to impose a temporary expulsion penalty for a period of three days on student Albert Eliyahu Tazmin, starting from

Subject - Student Punishment
In view of the students Fuad Shalom Cohen and Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dabi
from the First English class committing acts disruptive to order in the lesson of Mr. Abdul Hamid
Khalusi on Monday, 21 / 11 / 1955, the Discipline Committee met
under the chairmanship of the School Director on Wednesday, 23 / 11 / 1955, and it was decided to impose
the punishment of temporary expulsion for a period of three days with the deduction of twenty marks from the conduct average
of the student Fuad Shalom Cohen, because he was the primary cause of the disruptive acts
that occurred in the class.
However, considering the harm that his deprivation from attending school would cause
to his achievement, and out of mercy for him, it was decided to suspend the execution of the first part of the punishment and suffice
with the deduction of twenty marks from conduct only.
The committee also decided to impose the punishment of a reprimand with the deduction of fifteen marks from
the conduct average of the student Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dabi. This is with the knowledge that
the student is considered to have failed in his class if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct marks.
