Subject / Punishing Students
Due to the following students
1- Albert Eliyahu Tazmin
2- Fuad Shalom Cohen
3- Ezra Ephraim Mishal
Who are from the first intermediate grade (A) committing acts disruptive to the order, the Discipline Committee met, chaired by the
School Director, on Sunday, corresponding to 22 / 4 / 1956, and decided the following:
First - It was decided to impose a temporary expulsion penalty for a period of three days on student Albert Eliyahu Tazmin, starting from
Thursday, corresponding to 19 / 4 / 1956. The committee also decided to deduct twenty points from his conduct average because
of his uttering words offensive to taste and phrases contrary to morals in various lessons and on many occasions.
Second - The committee also decided to issue a recorded reprimand penalty with a deduction of ten points from the conduct average of each of
(1) Fuad Shalom Cohen (2) Ezra Ephraim Mishal, for committing acts disruptive to the order in
Mr. Khalil Askar's lesson despite being repeatedly warned by the specialized teacher of the necessity of maintaining
calm and order.
Third - Twenty points had previously been deducted from the conduct average of student Fuad Shalom Cohen on 24 / 11 / 955,
and thus the total points deducted from his conduct average has reached thirty points.

Announcement
Subject - Student Disciplinary Action.
In view of the students Fuad Shalom Cohen and Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dubai
from the First English Class committing acts disruptive to order in Mr. Abdel Hamid
Khalousi's lesson on Monday, 21 / 11 / 1955, the Discipline Committee met
chaired by the School Principal on Wednesday, 23 / 11 / 1955, and it was decided to impose
the penalty of temporary expulsion for three days with a deduction of twenty points from the conduct average
of student Fuad Shalom Cohen, as he was the primary instigator of the disruptive acts
that occurred in the class.
However, considering that his absence from school attendance would cause harm
to his achievement, and out of leniency toward him, it was decided to suspend the implementation of the first part of the penalty and settle
for the deduction of twenty conduct points only.
The committee also decided to impose a reprimand penalty with a deduction of fifteen points from
the conduct average of student Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dubai. Note that
the student is considered to have failed his grade if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct points.
