Subject/ Punishment of Students
In view of what was committed by the students:
1- Fawzi Shaul Robin Aziz.
2- (Salih Fawzi) Khudhouri Soler.
3- Muwaffaq Najib Salman Dulaij.
4- Ibrahim Isaac Ibrahim Mulla.
of noise and recklessness in the school on Sunday, 21 / 5 / 1964, which led to a breach of order during
the lesson of Mr. Hazim Sha'ar, the Discipline Committee met on Wednesday, 3 / 6 / 64, based on the request of
the aforementioned teacher and decided the following:-
1- It decided the punishment of temporary dismissal for a period of two days for both Fawzi Shaul Robin Aziz and (Salih Fawzi) Khudhouri
Soler starting from the morning of Thursday, 4 / 6 / 64, with the deduction of twenty marks from their conduct average,
and that is due to their repeated actions that breach order. However, considering the harm that would result from depriving them of attendance in
the school regarding their academic achievement, and out of mercy for them due to the proximity of the final examinations, it was decided to suspend
the execution of the first part of the punishment and suffice with deducting twenty marks from the conduct average of each of them.
2- Ten marks had previously been deducted by us from the conduct of the student Fawzi Shaul Robin Aziz on 6 / 5 / 64,
and accordingly, the total number of marks deducted from his conduct has reached thirty marks.
3- Withdrawal of eligibility from the student (Salih Fawzi) Khudhouri Soler for this year.
4- It decided the punishment of registered reprimand against the student Muwaffaq Najib Salman Dulaij with the deduction of ten marks from his conduct
average for committing acts that breach order in various circumstances inside and outside the classroom despite being warned
repeatedly of the necessity to maintain calm and order.
5- It decided the punishment of warning for the student Ibrahim Isaac Ibrahim Mulla with the deduction of five marks from his conduct average,
but in view of the aforementioned student's confession of his mistake and showing his regret for the actions he committed, the Discipline
Committee decided to lift this punishment from him if no other violation is committed by him until the end of the current
academic year.
Noting that a student is considered to have failed his grade if 51 marks or more are deducted from his conduct marks.
