Since it has been proven that all the heirs of the deceased mentioned in our letter above have had their Iraqi citizenship
revoked, as stated in the letter of the General Directorate of Citizenship No. 1259 / 7266 dated 10 / 1 / 69
Therefore, we approve the sale of the car belonging to the deceased Jew in question and the distribution of its estate
to his legal heirs according to the legal distribution issued by the Personal Status Court
in Karrada Al-Sharqiya No. 170 / M / 66 dated 22 / 9 / 66 as far as it concerns
this General Secretariat for your information please.
