1 - These above-mentioned properties are an endowment (Waqf) whose trusteeship belongs to the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews, endowed
by Menahem and Sassoon Daniel, and some others belong to Mr. Saleh Qahtan and his sisters.
2 - The endowment deed was issued under number 311 and dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani, year 1343, and it is registered in
the Land Registry Department (Tapu).
3 - The proceeds are spent on poor children in the Menahem Daniel School according to the conditions of the endower.
