above and mentioned in your letter No. 274 dated 2 / 2 / 971 is being managed.
General Secretariat for the Supervision and Administration of the Property of Jews Deprived of Iraqi Nationality - for information
that the plot described above, with an area of 11.500 dunams, the shares of
the Jews, namely Eliyahu and Nassim, sons of Kab Ezra, are (24) shares each,
and (8) shares each for Rosa daughter of Moshe, and Daoud and Maurice,
sons of Menashi, out of a total of (144) shares. We request that the necessary measures be taken
by you to pay the equivalent compensation for the Treasury's share, given the approval of the Ministry of
Finance to correct the category from Miri granted by Lazma to
pure ownership (Milk Sirf), as per our letter No. 2849 dated 1 / 2 / 971, and inform us,
please.
Presidency of the Mosaic Community - Baghdad - for information and to provide us with all those concerned with the plot
described above among the Jews who have not been deprived of Iraqi nationality,
to visit the district finance office to pay the equivalent compensation due from them
for the mentioned plot regarding the Treasury's share, given their unknown addresses and the approval of
the Ministry of Finance for the correction based on what is mentioned above, and to provide us with what confirms
the notification with the impossibility and validity of that according to the procedures, please.
