Your respected Secretariat has previously seized the two properties sequence 103 and 104 Qanbar Ali
and began contracting with the tenant and collecting the rent amounts.
These two properties are registered in the Land Registry (Tabu) as an endowment (Waqf) and the Administrative Committee for Iraqi
Jews is the trustee over them. We have notified your respected Secretariat of this in our letter numbered
T / 61 / 66 dated 14 / 1 / 66 and the letter from the Trustee of the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews in its letter
numbered L / 86 / 68 dated 9 / 12 / 1969 (we attach herewith a copy of these two letters)
Therefore, please, after verifying this with the Baghdad Land Registry Directorate, release the two
mentioned properties and notify the concerned parties of that.
